Kullanım Koşulları

I'm Coach uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir.
1. Abonelikler
Coach Premium aylık, 6 aylık ve yıllık abonelik olarak sunulur. Ödeme, satın alma onayıyla Apple hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Güncel fiyatlar App Store'da gösterilir. Daha önce alınmış ömür boyu satın alımlar geçerliliğini korur.
2. Otomatik yenileme ve iptal
Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir. Aboneliğinizi App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
3. Kullanım ve sınırlar
Uygulama, antrenörlerin üyelerini, derslerini ve programlarını takip etmesi; üyelerin de eğitmenlerinin paylaştıklarını görmesi için tasarlanmıştır. Ücretsiz sürümde en fazla 3 üye eklenebilir. Sınırsız üye ve Analiz için Premium abonelik gerekir. Üye uygulaması ve Apple TV uygulaması ücretsizdir.
4. Paylaşım
Bir üyeyi davet ettiğinizde o üyeye ait verileri onunla paylaşmayı kabul edersiniz. Davet bağlantısını yalnızca ilgili kişiyle paylaşmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
5. Sağlık ve antrenman
Uygulama bir kayıt ve planlama aracıdır; tıbbi tavsiye vermez. Antrenman ve beslenme kararları eğitmen ile üyenin sorumluluğundadır.
6. Veri ve sorumluluk
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Veriler Apple'ın CloudKit altyapısıyla kişisel iCloud hesabınızda saklanır. Geliştirici, Apple servislerinden kaynaklanan veri kayıplarından veya kesintilerden sorumlu tutulamaz.

By using I'm Coach (the "App") you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. Subscriptions
Coach Premium is offered as a monthly, 6-month and yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Current prices are shown in the App Store. Earlier lifetime purchases remain valid.
2. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
3. Use and limits
The App is designed for coaches to track their clients, sessions and programs, and for clients to see what their coach shares. The free version allows up to 3 clients. Unlimited clients and Analytics require a Premium subscription. The client app and the Apple TV app are free.
4. Sharing
By inviting a client you agree to share that client's data with them. You are responsible for sending the invite link only to the intended person.
5. Health and training
The App is a record-keeping and planning tool and does not give medical advice. Training and nutrition decisions are the responsibility of the coach and the client.
6. Data and liability
The App is provided "as is". Data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. The developer is not liable for data loss or interruptions caused by Apple services.
